The SPE-1610 from Samsung is an encoder, 16CH H.264/MJPEG, 30fps @ 2MP or lower and 15 fps @ 4MP, AHD/CVI/TVI/CVBS compatible, RS-485/422 Interface, Pelco C when using CVBS or ACP up-coax protocol @ AHD, ONVIF protocol support, HDMI output, I/O 16/4, Audio in/out 4/1, 12VDC.
